A clutch actuator of a vehicle is provided to reduce the number of components by modifying the structure of the actuator operating a clutch installed in the vehicle and to improve riding comfort by automatically operating the clutch in switching driving speed. A clutch actuator of a vehicle comprises a housing(10); a driving motor(20) installed in the housing to be operated by signals generated at a gear-shifting control unit when a driver operates with a gear-shifting lever or changes speed of the vehicle; a slave gear(30) installed in the housing like a sector and engaged with a driving gear(21) installed at the driving motor; and a driving shaft(40) installed by intermediation of a hinge(41) at the slave gear to switch rotational movement of the slave gear into linear movement and connected with a gear-shifting unit on the other end. In the housing, an elastic member(50) is installed to install the slave gear, and first and second stoppers(60,61) are installed to limit the moving distance of the slave gear.
