摘要 An ultrasonic distance measuring device is provided to measure the distance of an object without the influence of obstacles by concentrating the energy of ultrasonic wave to the center in receiving the ultrasonic wave by a recessed matching layer unit or an ultrasonic wave emission surface. An ultrasonic distance measuring device includes an upper housing(100) forming the exterior of the ultrasonic distance measuring device; a lower housing(110) separated from the upper housing and composed of a recessed ultrasonic wave emission surface(114) and a hole-shaped membrane rim(118) formed along the circumference of the recessed ultrasonic wave emission surface; a planar backing unit(111) positioned at the upper end of the lower housing to repress the emission and reflection of the ultrasonic wave; a piezoelectric element unit(112) disposed at the lower end of the planar backing unit to convert electric energy of pulse voltage and mechanical energy of ultrasonic wave pulse into each other; a matching layer unit(113) arranged at the lower end of the piezoelectric element unit, composed of a single layer or multiple layers, and formed flatly or recessed; side backing units(115) arranged at both sides of the planar backing unit, the piezoelectric element unit, and the matching layer unit to surround them and restrict the emission and reflection of the ultrasonic wave through the lateral sides; a thermistor cable(116) formed on one side of the side backing unit and connected to the upper housing; and a thermistor(117) positioned at the lower end of the thermistor cable.
