A sporting equipment is provided to develop muscles of the upper body uniformly and to oxidize fat around arms by a rectilinear motion or a rotary motion, and to enable a user to carry or keep conveniently. The sporting equipment includes: a main body part(100) having a fixing body(110) and a cover case(120) formed in a pipe shape on one side of the fixing body; a spiral fixing part(200) formed in a cylindrical shape in the cover case by being fixed to one side of the fixing body, and having a spiral groove(210) formed on the outer periphery; a floating fixing part(300) inserted into the inside of the cover case by being formed in a pipe shape, and taking a rectilinear motion or a rotary motion along the spiral fixing part by a bearing(310) formed on a front end part to correspond to the spiral groove; and a handle part(400) formed on the rear end of the floating fixing part.
