摘要 <p>A method for patterning a bio-molecule for cell fixing on substrate is provided to be able to perform more delicate and finer cell patterning, pattern various bio-materials rapidly and inexpensively and manufacture smaller and more precise cell chips by using an electrohydrodynamic printing technique. The method comprises the steps of: (a) providing a nozzle spraying a solution including a bio-material such as collagen for cell fixing at regular electrohydrodynamic pressure, and a pin-shaped ground electrode installed at the corresponding position to the nozzle with spaced apart therefrom; (b) placing a substrate between the nozzle and the ground electrode; (c) applying voltage between the nozzle and the ground electrode when the solution is sprayed from the nozzle into a conical liquid column mode so as to convert the spraying type; and (d) moving the substrate along the predetermined pattern shape during spraying the converted spraying type so as to attach the solution to the substrate. In the method, the substrate is characterized in that an agarose solution is coated on the substrate surface, is dried at room temperature for certain period of time and then is sterilized by UV.</p>
