PURPOSE:To prevent a crime caused by forgetting to take a medium on purpose, by executing an inquiry to a central system from an automatic cash transaction device when it has occured to forget to take the medium, and processing the medium concerned in accordance with a reply message from the central system. CONSTITUTION:In case of a transacting operation of paper money, when a state that the paper money discharged so that it can be drawn out is left in a money receiving and paying port 24 for a prescribed time is continued, a detecting circuit 61 detects it, and a control part 50 edits a state of a device in this time point to an inquiry message, and transmits it to a central system. The central system refers to a file basing on an account number in this inquiry message, checks a history of a trouble in the account concerned, and when there is a history in which an illegal transaction has been executed in the past transaction, caution information is outputted at the time point of communication and informed to a person in charge. On the other hand, as for a customer having no career of an illegal transaction, the paper money which has been forgotten to take is collected into the device, and the following transaction can be executed. |
