A mosaic veneer sheet and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to produce check-patterned veneer sheets by combining different kinds of veneers and to secure the natural texture and natural color by expressing the natural grain of the solid natural veneer. The mosaic veneer sheet manufacturing method comprises the steps of: sorting veneers; cutting the selected veneer in a strip form; producing a mosaic veneer sheet(3) by horizontally and vertically crossing the cut veneers; temporally bonding a non-woven fabric(4) impregnated with a PVAc(PolyVinylAlcohol) adhesive agent, on the back side of the veneer and then softening the non-woven fabric by a tenderizer; stacking a melamine overlay sheet(5) on the veneer; stacking a metal film(6) on the melamine overlay sheet; and thermally pressing the stacked non-woven fabric, veneer sheet, overlay sheet and metal film by a heat press.
