A vacuum failure detection system is provided to sense vacuum state accurately by fixing a height detecting sensor, to improve compatibility by moving up and down the height detecting sensor, and to increase productivity by reducing detection time. A vacuum failure detection system includes a support plate(2) vertically installed at a side of a conveyor, a fixing plate(14) installed on the support plate and fastened by slide rods(3,3') and a screw rod(4), a moving plate(6) installed between the support plate and the fixing plate and moved up and down by the screw rod, and a height detecting sensor(8) fixed to the moving plate and moved up and down to detect height of a product. An entrance detection sensor is fixed to a leg connected to the fixing plate to detect entrance of the product. An indication rod(7) is installed in an upper part of the height detecting sensor to check the predetermined height of the height detecting sensor, and a scale(12) is installed on the support plate.
