The plate has a control circuit which is placed and maintained inside a frame (5), where the plate is made of aluminum and has a thickness of 3mm. The frame has a back part that is closed by a screwed plate (8). The control circuit comprises a potentiometer with a button or a housing orifice (18) traversing the thickness of a plate (45) by orifices. The potentiometer is situated in a central part or an axial part of the plate between aluminum foot fixation corners. A set of orifices are placed in a horizontal line in a top part (23) and a bottom part (24) of the plate.
