摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure adjusting valve capable of advantageously suppressing vibration of a diaphragm, and a fuel cell power generation system. <P>SOLUTION: The pressure adjusting valve comprises a housing having a diaphragm chamber, a diaphragm 3 partitioning the diaphragm chamber to a first chamber and a second chamber, a primary passage, a secondary passage, and a throttle opening adjusting mechanism. The diaphragm 3 comprises a vibration suppression part 36 having an elasticity or mass per unit projection area different from other parts in a section showing a pressure receiving part 30. The vibration suppression part 36 preferably includes a first portion 37 having a relatively low elasticity or mass per unit projection area and a second portion 38 having an elasticity or mass per unit projection area relatively higher than the first portion 37. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
