A coefficient calculating part (104) calculates, based on the correction values and spectral information, a coefficient by which to multiply the signal of the predetermined channel. An assigning part (105) multiplies the signal of the predetermined channel by the coefficient calculated by the coefficient calculating part (104) and assigns the resultant multiplied signal to a channel other than the predetermined channel.
