An efficient interworking-type data broadcasting system and a method thereof are provided to reduce the cost required for developing a framework independently and the communication load required for transmitting a framework as a program supplier system provides framework identification information in place of a framework. An efficient interworking-type data broadcasting system comprises a program supplier system(100), a broadcasting company system(200), a set-top box(300), and a framework management system(400). The program supplier system(100) delivers data for audio, video, and data broadcasting to the broadcasting company system(200). In this case, a framework for the data for audio, video, and data broadcasting is not delivered. Instead, the program supplier system(100) delivers framework identification information to the broadcasting company system(200). The framework corresponding to the framework identification information is provided from the framework management system(400). The broadcasting company system(200) sends out the received broadcasting data through a broadcasting network(600) after multiplexing, modulating, and packetizing them. These broadcast signals are transferred to the set-top box(300).
