PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an abnormality judgment device for a PCV system capable of more accurately judging abnormality of the PCV system. SOLUTION: The abnormality judgment device 1 is provided in an upstream of a connection part 30 with a blow-by gas passage 22 of an intake system 4 and includes an air quantity sensor 13 detecting quantity QA of air flowing in the intake system 4. Abnormality of the PCV system 21 is judged (steps 10, 13, 17) by first judgment based on comparison result of the detected quantity QA of air and predetermined judgment value QAJUD, and the quantity QA of air detected when normality is judged by the first judgment is stored as normal time air quantity QACLE (steps 11, 12). After record, abnormality of the PCV system 21 is judged (steps 16, 13, 17) by second judgment based on comparison result of the quantity QA of air detected when abnormality is judged by the first judgment and the normal time air quantity QACLE.
