PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake hydraulic unit which can miniaturize the overall unit, and can reduce the manufacturing cost (working cost), and which removes the restriction in the layout. SOLUTION: This brake hydraulic unit has a pump 15 and a motor cam chamber 16 as a reservoir which houses the leakage of an operating oil from the pump 15 in a casing 11. A run out hole 17 for the leaked operating oil, and a car body attaching hole 18 for fixing the brake hydraulic unit 10 to a car body are coaxially arranged, and a communication hole 19 is formed by piercing through a space between the run out hole 17 and the car body attaching hole 18. The end section of an insulator shaft 20 as an attaching shaft is press-fitted in the communication hole 19 through the car body attaching hole 18 and a press-fitting space 19a.
