PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turning hydraulic driving device of a construction machinery capable of making a turning body hardly turn toward the valley side of a slope when a working machine is operated in such a state that the operation of the turning body is not performed in the case that the construction machinery is located on the slope. SOLUTION: In such a state that the operation of the turning body 3 is not performed, that is, such a state that pilot pressure Ptr and Ptl is not outputted from a turning operation lever device 32, pressure oil can be supplied to both of a pair of inlet and outlet ports 30a and 30b of a turning motor 30 from a pilot pump 34 through a pressure oil supplying selector valve 61 and a pressure oil supplying pipe line 60.
