An iris and shutter apparatus of a small-sized camera is provided to reduce the thickness of a camera module by installing an iris and shutter drive section by opening a portion of a base. An iris and shutter apparatus of a small-sized camera includes a base(110), an iris and shutter drive section(130), a plurality of shutter films(141,142), and a cover(150). A coil for controlling the operations of the iris and the shutter is attached to one side of the base. The iris and shutter drive section has a magnet opposite to the coil and is rotated. The shutter films are link-connected to the iris shutter drive section and open and close an optical passing hole of the base by moving in crossed directions as the iris and shutter drive section rotates. |
