<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent deposition of dusts in a duct and to remove deposit in the duct when it is found for some reason, in a high-temperature gas duct for carrying a produced gas of 1,000°C or more. <P>SOLUTION: In this thermal decomposition gasification melting equipment comprising a thermal decomposition gasification melting furnace for gasifying and melting a combustible material or a mixture of the combustible material and a non-combustible material by thermally decomposing them at 1,500°C or more, a gas quenching heat-decreasing tower for quenching a gas produced by gasification melting and including dusts from 1,000°C or more to 200°C or less, and the high-temperature gas duct as a passage for carrying the gas from the thermal decomposition gasification melting furnace to the gas quenching heat-decreasing tower, a temperature control means is mounted for controlling a temperature of the gas at an inlet of the high-temperature gas duct to achieve the temperature or more for melting the dusts over the whole length in the high-temperature gas duct. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
