PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation house for care receivers enabling care receivers such as the disabled, the aged, and the invalid to have their own experience of the impression from use of housing equipment when designing a residence or the like and to obtain useful information concerning design of housing equipment. SOLUTION: The simulation house 10 for care receivers includes a bathroom 14 comprising: a bathtub 12 at least one of the width W1, height H1, and straddling height H2 of which can be changed; a first movable wall 14B and a second movable wall 14C for changing the size of at least either the width W2 or depth D1 of the bathroom 14.
