PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cylindrical cutout which can restrict movement of a sealing cap at the time of slippage from the cylindrical cutout main body and in which the sealing cap can be easily fitted to the cutout main body using a push-up bar. SOLUTION: The cylindrical cutout is provided with a string-like member 300 of which both end parts are respectively fitted to a first installation part 110 and a second installation part 120 provided at two locations on the outer wall at the lower end of the cylindrical cutout main body 100, and a sealing cap 200 is fitted to the center of the string-like member 300, and the angle formed by the first installation part 110 and the second installation part 120 with the axis of the cylindrical cutout main body 100 as a center is made 90°, and the length of the string-like member 300 is made twice of the distance between the axis of the cylindrical cutout main body 100 and the first installation part 110.
