PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation examination device that can improve energy resolution, can perform highly precise diagnosis, and reduces the coercion to a subject. SOLUTION: The radiation examination device comprises a bed 14 for mounting a subject H, and first and second imaging devices 1 and 4 arranged in the longitudinal direction of the bed 14. In the first imaging device 1, a plurality of semiconductor radiation detectors 21 for detectingγ-rays released from the subject H are arranged around the bed 14. The second imaging device 4 has an X-ray source 45 for radiating X-rays to the subject H, and a radiation detector 40 for detecting the X-rays coming from the X-ray source 45 through the subject H.
