<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for providing wind speed information which is simple in a configuration, and not affected by a change of wind direction or direction difference to see. <P>SOLUTION: In the device 100 equipped with a rotation axis 1 which rotates vertically and a plurality of blades 2 attached to a circumferential direction of the rotation axis 1, the figures 20 are drawn on the outer surfaces of the blades 2, the wind speed information is provided by producing a different visual effect according to the wind speed.
