PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermosetting release coating agent that permits easy peeling of a release layer comprised of various releasing agents and adjustment of peel force, and a release film or sheet and a thermal transfer film or sheet that comprise a supporting film or sheet and a release layer formed thereon using the thermosetting release coating agent. SOLUTION: The thermosetting release coating agent for the thermal transfer film or sheet comprises a fluororesin and an amino resin. The release film or sheet comprises the supporting film or sheet and the release layer formed thereon using the thermosetting release coating agent.
