PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a treating agent with an enhanced antibacterial power that is amplified in insect control, antibacterial, wood-antiseptic, deodorizing and other functions, is kind to human skin and sanitary, exerts no chemical loads on the environment and is reduced in odors characteristic of eucalyptus oil. SOLUTION: The treating agent with the enhanced medicinal effects comprises eucalyptus oil mainly composed of cineole and, incorporated therewith, lemon-scented tea tree oil, peppermint oil, natural pyrethrin as the effective ingredients and is therefore formed of only natural vegetable essential oils. Water or ethanol is incorporated as a diluent or a solvent. Soya lecithin is admixed therewith as an emulsifier. Bacteria-controlling properties, antiseptic bactericidal properties and insecticidal properties among medicinal effects of eucalyptus oil are enhanced by lemon-scented tea tree oil, peppermint oil and natural pyrethrin, respectively. The treating agent exhibits functions of cleaning actions and suppression of volatilization of the vegetable essential oils added by soya lecithin. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
