PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas substitution apparatus 1 which is applied to containers 4 of different heights. SOLUTION: A plurality of container positioning parts 20 are formed on the outer periphery of a rotary wheel 18 at equal circumferential intervals, and a gas nozzle 48 is provided at a rotary plate 46 above the container positioning parts corresponding to the container 4 (4A) held at each positioning part 20. The rotary plate 46 is connected to the rotary wheel 18 by a connection bar 62 to transmit the rotation of the rotary wheel 18. The rotary plate 46 can be elevated/lowered by an elevating/lowering means 45 having a ball screw 34 and a nut 36. Further, the rotary wheel 18 is attachable to/detachable from the connection bar 62, and detached and interchanged to another one corresponding to another container 4B. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
