<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record a log about an image formation process whose execution is started, regardless of execution result of the process. <P>SOLUTION: When a plurality of originals are copied as an image forming process, each time a scanned image is formed by an image scanner 36 after scanning of an original, a scanned image acquiring part 42 acquires it. A log generator 44 generates an image log information including information about scanned image, UUID acquired from an original, kind of process, and equipment. Even if all of a plurality of originals are not scanned due to canceling of copying, or even if an original is not correctly scanned due to paper jam, the log generator 44 generates an image log information for each image that has been scanned.
