<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document management system which can reduce use amount of a storage of an information processor side which receives data. <P>SOLUTION: In association with job processing, a digital composite machine 130 generates log information and content data of a job, saves them at a hard disk drive 503 (S1) and performs conversion processing of content data (S2). In conversion processing of content data, image data is converted into image data of predetermined resolution or into text data by performing character recognition. When the digital composite machine 130 transmits the log information and the content data to a documentation management server 110 (S3), the documentation management server 110 receives the log information and the content data of the job and registers them in an attribute storage section 114 of an attribute management server section 112, and a volume storage section 117 of a volume server section 115 (S12). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
