<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a defect range of ring-shaped indices to be projected on a subject's eye and smoothly perform an alignment in the operation distant direction. <P>SOLUTION: This ophthalmological apparatus is provided with a ring-shaped index projecting optical system having a placido disc disposed with a plurality of ring-shaped concentric indices, an operation distance index projecting optical system projecting an index for detecting an operation distance on the cornea of the subject's eye through an opening formed in the placido disc, and an operation distance detecting means detecting the alignment state of the operation distance based on the ring-shaped indices and the operation distance index projected on the cornea of the subject's eye; and measures the shape of the cornea based on the ring-shaped indices projected on the cornea of the subject' eye. The operation distance index projecting optical system is provided with a light source and a projection lens for projecting the operation distance index optically positioned farther than the ring-shaped indices, with diverging light flux through the opening. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
