<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an improper autonomous control sequence caused by the problem of an operation management policy or a work flow to be started by the policy, to partially stop an autonomous control function corresponding to the problematic part, and to increase the efficiency of the debugging operation of the policy control by a manager in an autonomous operation management system for autonomously operating system operation management based on the operation management policy. <P>SOLUTION: A determination means 13 requests the execution of a work flow described in an operation management policy 161, and an execution means 23 which executes the requested work flow detects an abnormal status based on constraint which does not appear in policy description based on a stop decision rule 261.
