In a flat cable, at least end sections of a plurality of coaxial cables are fixed in parallel on a sheet. The flat cable is characterized in that a middle section of a flat cable terminal treatment section of the coaxial cable for electrical connection is provided with the sheet left in a strip-shape over the entire width of the flat cable. Thus, since the coaxial cables exposed by the cable terminal treatment at the end section of the flat cable are fixed to the sheet whereupon the middle sections of the coaxial cables are formed by being left in the strip-shape, the coaxial cables are not easily separated at the end section of the flat cable, pitch accuracy between the coaxial cables can be suitably maintained, and complicated and troublesome electrical connection can be easily and accurately performed.
