An apparatus for adjusting a viewing angle of a wall-hanging screen TV is provided to adjust the height of the wall-hanging screen TV while the TV is attached to a cradle and control the tilting angle of the TV in every direction. An apparatus for adjusting a viewing angle of a wall-hanging screen TV includes a main body(10), a vertical moving unit(20), a wire winding member(30), a horizontal rotating angle controller(40), and a vertical rotating angle controller(50). The main body is fixed to the wall and includes a guide rail(11) formed at the inner side. The vertical moving unit includes a roller(21) set at the side and is vertically moved along the guide rail. The wire winding member rolls or unrolls a wire(31) connected to the top end of the vertical moving unit to vertically move the vertical moving unit. The horizontal rotating angle controller is combined with the vertical moving unit using a hinge and includes a first worm wheel and a first worm gear engaged with the first worm wheel and forwardly and reversely rotated by a first motor(41). The vertical rotating angle controller is combined with the horizontal rotating angle controller using a hinge and includes a second worm wheel(53) and a second worm gear(52) engaged with the second worm wheel and forwardly and reversely rotated by a second motor(51). A plate to which the TV is attached is located at the front side of the vertical rotating angle controller.
