FIELD: machine engineering, cold forming, namely manufacture of formed heat exchanging plates with corrugated surfaces. ^ SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of shaping sheet blank successively by portions due to action upon blank by means of outer and inner punches and die at reciprocation stroke of press slide. Inner punch is elastic one, it has central and outer parts. At first stroke of press slide outer contour of blank is formed by means of outer punch. Before second stroke of press slide inner punch is operated due to rotating by predetermined angle rotary ring of rotary mechanism. The at second stroke of slide central part of blank is formed by means of central part of punch while rotary mechanism engages with central part of punch. ^ EFFECT: enlarged manufacturing possibilities, forming of surfaces of plates in presses with restricted efforts. ^ 3 dwg, 1 ex |
