A voice storage service method using a 3-way call method and a system thereof are provided to increase the convenience of users by storing the important dialogue contents between mobile users even without special equipment, so that they can listen to the stored contents if necessary. A calling terminal(200) transmits a call origination request signal containing a voice storage service request signal to an MSC(210). The MSC(210) confirms whether the calling terminal(200) has been subscribed for a voice storage service, and receives subscriber information from a subscriber information management system(220). Then the MSC(210) transmits a call setup request signal to a voice storage server(230) and a called terminal(240). If a response signal is received from the called terminal(240), the MSC(210) transmits a voice storage notification to the voice storage server(230). If a speech path between the calling terminal(200) and the called terminal(240) is established, the voice storage server(230) starts voice storage and the call is initiated. In case that a call termination request is generated from the calling terminal(200), the voice storage is completed as the MSC(210) transmits a call termination notification to the voice storage server(230) and the called terminal(240).
