A method for manufacturing an aromatic polyamide filament is provided to prevent effectively the lowering of inherent viscosity of the aromatic polyamide polymer. An aromatic diamine solution is prepared, agitated within a polymerizing reactor so that a poly polymer with the inherent viscosity of 5.5 is manufactured. The optical an-isotropic undiluted spinning solution is also manufactured. After spinning an undiluted spinning solution through a spinneret(40), the spun materials is passed through a solidification solution cistern(50) via an air layer with 7 mm so that a filament is formed. The filament is washed, dried and treated by heat at 550 degrees during 3 seconds and the processes are performed by five times repeatedly so that the poly filament is manufactured. |
