MICRO PARTICLE DEFORMABILITY SENSOR USING MICRO FILTER

A sensor for measuring microparticle deformability by using a microfilter, and an analysis method thereof by using the same sensor are provided to easily measure microparticle deformability by measuring destruction of microparticles passed through the microfilter due to their deformability, reduce the measurement costs by avoiding use of expensive optical instruments, and minimize the size of the sensor. The sensor for measuring deformability of microparticle(60) in fluid by using a microfilter comprises: a microfilter(10); an inflow tract(20) mounted to one side of the microfilter so as to flow the fluid into the microfilter; an outflow tract(30) mounted to another end of the microfilter so as to release the fluid in the microfilter to the outside; a measuring portion(40) which is installed in each mounting portion, measures passing time and number of inflow or outflow microparticles and estimates destruction of microparticles; and a calculating device(50) for calculating the number and deformability of microparticles passed through the microfilter based on the date of each measuring portion, wherein the microparticle is a red blood corpuscle.
