A vehicle air conditioner is provided to transmit heated air to a condenser to sterilize the condenser and generate air circulation by pushing inhaled air with a blower, thereby supplying pleasant air condition and making air flow smooth. A vehicle air conditioner includes a blower(10) mounted in an air conditioner duct(3) for inhaling atmospheric air, and an evaporator(20) mounted behind the blower for cooling the air supplied by the blower. A heater(30) is mounted behind the evaporator for heating the air. A bypass element(40) is connected to the heater at an end and mounted to the duct between the blower and the evaporator at the other end. An auxiliary outlet(50) is mounted at a lower part of the bypass element. The bypass element is mounted with front and rear doors(42,44) at front and rear parts of the bypass element respectively. The auxiliary outlet is mounted with an auxiliary door(55). The doors convert air paths.
