摘要 An electro-photographic photosensitive body with an underlying layer capable of improving an image characteristic in an imaging method of a contact inversion developing type and an electro-photographic imaging apparatus adopting the same are provided to satisfy the image characteristic and an electric characteristic in all environment such as a ghost in low temperature and low moisture or a background in high temperature and high moisture. An underlying layer includes hydrophilic surface-processed titanium oxide particles and a polyamide. At least an average primary parameter diameter is 25nm or less in the underlying layer. A saturation absorptivity is 5% or less in the polyamide. A photosensitive layer includes a phthalocyanine-system compound as charge generation material.
