Provided is a multi-electronic float having a signal receiving terminal unit, thereby enabling a user to identify a signal with respect to a bite and catch of fishes through sound, light, and vibration. The electronic float includes a body(10) having a seating groove(11) formed on an upper surface and a receiving portion(12) formed on a lower portion, an upper cap(20) having a threaded portion formed on an inner peripheral surface, a cylindrical lower cap(30) having plural openings(31) and rotating wings(32) radially formed on an outer peripheral surface and plural bosses(33) radially formed on an inner peripheral surface, a sealing cap(40) having a knob(41) and a male threaded portion(42), a piston(50) inserted into a coil spring(52) and having an engaging hole(53) formed on a lower end portion, a transmitting portion(60) mounted on the seating groove of the body for sending an RF signal, and a hanging member(70) consisting of first and second covers(71,72).
