An oil supply structure of a hydraulic lash adjuster is provided to directly communicate a sub oil gallery with a main oil gallery formed at a cylinder head to increase reliability of products. An oil supply structure of a hydraulic lash adjuster has a plunger(28) installed in a housing(21). The housing has an oil supply low pressure hole(22) and an oil supply high pressure hole(23). The plunger installed in the housing has a first oil hole and a second oil hole. The first oil hole supplies oil introduced from the lower pressure hole to a roller finger follower. The second oil hole supplies oil introduced into the high pressure hole into a lower part of the housing to correct a valve lift.
