An engagement apparatus is provided to obtain the reliability of engagement by preventing loosening of a screw due to an external force. An engagement apparatus includes a housing(310), a screw(100), and a resilient member. The screw is accommodated in the housing and has a predetermined inner diameter and a predetermined height. The screw has a head portion and a cylindrical body. A drive recess etched by a predetermined pattern is provided in the head portion and the cylindrical body has a predetermined diameter. A screw thread is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the screw. The resilient member penetrates an engagement portion and is adjacent to the lower surface of the head portion. The resilient member is accommodated in the interior of the housing.
