<p>The device has a socket (1) for receiving a cable, and an intermediate plate equipped with double face contacts corresponding to phases, neutral and ground, where the contacts are disposed corresponding to a longitudinal guide slot (2) of the socket. A cover permits to select the phase to be connected. The contacts comprise two clamps of symmetrical shape with edges that are cut for crossing an insulator of the cable.</p>
