A table is provided to emit far infrared rays, to generate anions, to give deodorizing effects and thermotherapy, to facilitate blood circulation, to increase skin resilience, and to mediate pain by comprising nano-silver and tourmaline powders. The table(20) includes an upper part(40), legs(60) and an upper leg combining portion(80) for fixing the legs(60) and the upper part(40), and is made of any one or a mixture of wood, silicon, rubber, plastic and synthetic resin. In the manufacturing or final process of the table, 0.01 weight% of nano-silver, 10 weight% of tourmaline, and 0.01-5 weight% of a fragrance material are mixed in the table body. The diameter of the nano-silver and tourmaline particles is 0.01-500nm. The nano-silver and the tourmaline are injected into a melting drum, melt, and is mollified, 0.01-5 weight% of a curing agent is injected thereto, and 0.01-5 weight% of pigment is injected thereto to extrude or form the body of the table.
