An extruding system using waste heat of a refuse incinerator is provided to melt waste synthetic resin, extrude molten waste synthetic resin into a predetermined shape, cut the extruded waste synthetic resin, and use the cut waste synthetic resin as a material for re-used synthetic resin. An extruding system comprises an incinerator(10), a stack(20), an auxiliary stack(30), an extruding unit(40), a cooling vessel(95), a washer(100), a cutter(120), and a pellet collecting unit(130). The incinerator permits wastes to be dried and burnt therein. The stack discharges combustion gas generated from the burning of the wastes to atmosphere. The auxiliary stack is communicated to the stack, and delivers a part of the combustion gas discharged from the stack. The extrusion unit temporarily stores high temperature combustion gas delivered along the auxiliary stack, melts the waste synthetic resin by heat of the combustion gas, and extrudes molten waste synthetic resin to the outside. The cooling vessel forms a body(80) having a predetermined cross section, by passing the extruded molten resin through cooling water. The washer includes brushes(110) for removing moisture from the body. The cutter is arranged on the washer, and cuts the body into pellets. The pellet collecting unit receives pellets from the cutter, and packs pellets.
