The platform is elevated by two hydraulic cylinders in a pit. The pit has a cover which is hinged and opened by the sheaves, tied to the hydraulic cylinders, simultaneous with the elevation of the platform. The cover is beveled at a 45-degree angle for unloading the hopper or box inside the pit. A movable structure, which is elevated by four hydraulic cylinders with racks and pinions for synchronization of movements, is also provided for elevating the cover of the pit.
