The present invention pertains to a dog-waste removal product. This particul ar dog-waste removal product is cylindrical in design, with a handle for easy carrying an d utilizes a standard plastic bag and nylon elastic in its operation. Presently, dog owners utilize other methods to pick up after their dog, including the "hand-in-a-bag" method that requires the dog owner to place their hand in a bag, and quickly invert the bag, "trapping" the dog waste inside the bag. Th e cylinder serves as the "framework" for the plastic grocery bag, and the braided nylon elastic, is part of the functional process, "snapping" closed on the bag, trapping the dog-waste inside the bag (up in t he cylinder). The dog owner inverts the cylinder, and removes the bag from the unit.
