The invention relates to production of road-building materials and can be used for producing activated mineral filler for surface processing, for protecting layers, asphalt-concrete mixes etc.The prior art method of activating mineral fillers comprises processing mineral fillers by solutions of non-organic compounds.The inventive task is to improve bitumen adhesion to the mineral filler.The novelty comprises using aqueous solutions of polyvalent metals salts as non-organic compounds.The use of the proposed invention provides to produce activated mineral fillers with optimum adhesive properties relative to bitumen.
