PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cabinet with a sink which is incorporated with a drawer for stably storing small articles such as a cooking utensil, e.g. a kitchen, knife or a toiletry article, e.g. a toothbrush, in an upper narrow space of a cabinet body. SOLUTION: The upper front surface of the cabinet body 1 having a sink 2 fitted to the top opening is formed with an opening 4 for a drawer, and a space having a small depth and formed between the front side surface of the sink 2 of the cabinet body 1 and the opening 4 for the drawer, is mounted with a drawer composed of a front decoration panel 10 for closing the opening 4 from the front, a receiving bottom 11 continuously provided on the back surface of the front decoration panel 10 and forming a pocket portion for the small articles, and a shielding member 6 for preventing the falling of the small articles which is connected to the rear part of the receiving bottom 11 and increasing the depth of the opening of the pocket portion.
