PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure which keeps constant a relative positional relation between a shield member and other members. SOLUTION: First stationary holes 34h are formed in a front side case 34, shield side stationary holes 22h are formed in a shield member 20, and second stationary holes 13h are formed in a main substrate 13. Under such a condition that the peripheral edges of the first stationary holes 34h, the peripheral edges of the shield side stationary holes 22h, and the peripheral edges of the second stationary holes 13h, are stacked; and screws are passed through these holes 34h, 22h, 13h and then fixed. The sizes of the first and second stationary holes 34h, 13h are larger than the size of the shield side stationary holes 22h, so that burrs or wavily-distorted parts formed at the peripheral edges of the shield side stationary holes 22h are located within the first and second stationary holes 34h, 13h.
