PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical non-contact hand having strong suction force to stably suck a workpiece without a contact and reducing consumption of compressed fluid to be supplied. SOLUTION: This non-contact hand is provided with a conveying unit 1 formed of a supply pole 2 having a fluid supply opening 3 on one end side of a discharge board 6, and also formed of a suction holding face 4 and a fluid discharge passage 24 on the other end side of the discharge board. A discharge head 22 formed the discharge passage in the peripheral direction and an insert 20 having a fluid passage 21 communicated with the discharge passage in a central part are integrated, and the insert 20 is inserted into the conveying unit to structure the non-contact hand. The compressed fluid supplied to the fluid supply opening flows the fluid passage, the discharge passage, the fluid discharge passage and the suction holding face at high speed so as to generate negative pressure near an outlet of the suction holding face to suck the work without a contact.
