<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To learn ideal address and putting in golf. <P>SOLUTION: A user attaches one end of a strap 60 to a support frame 54, appropriately adjusts the length, puts the other end around the neck, suspends a putter 51 for practice by the strap 60 such that a hand is not aware of the weight of the putter 51 for practice and takes an address. When putting is practiced in the state, putting which the inventor of this invention thinks as ideal, that is the putting in which the strap 60 draws a sectorial plane and a head 53 moves like drawing a circular arc with the neck of the user as a fulcrum without moving the wrist, is realized at all times.
