PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stacked electronic component in which baking variation is suppressed, and a stacked ceramic capacitor. SOLUTION: The stacked ceramic capacitor C1 is provided with an internal layer portion 10, and a pair of external layer portions 20, 30. The internal layer portion 10 includes a plurality of first ceramic layers 12, a plurality of internal circuit constituent conductors 14 and a plurality of third ceramic layers 16. The first ceramic layers 12 and the constituent conductors 14 are alternately stacked. The first and second ceramic layers 12, 21-25 and 31-35 each include a glass component. The second ceramic layers 21-25 and 31-35 in the external layer portions 20, 30 are stacked so that a component quantity ratio of the glass component of the second ceramic layer to the quantity of main component of the second ceramic layer becomes large from the internal layer side 10 toward the surfaces 20a, 30a of the external layers 20, 30.
