PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent coming-off of a piping connection structure for input/output of heat source fluid, such as hot water, in a rotating type air-conditioning heat exchanger. SOLUTION: Pipes 23, 27, 22, 26 for input/output of heat source fluid of a rotatable heat exchanger body 150 are arranged so that their axial directions may be directed to A-direction of the rotational center line of the heat exchanger body 150. Each of these pipes 23, 27, 22, 26 has a rotating section 16b integrally with the heat exchanger body 150 and a stationary section 16a for rotatably fitting the rotating section 16b and includes a pipe latching member for regulating movement in the A-direction of the rotational center line between the stationary section 16a and the rotating section 16b.
